Kathi works closely with area businesses and schools to provide programming that will help students decide on their career paths. Through programs such as Fayette County Business Pitch Competition and Williams Fluid Power Challenge, Kathi is working hard to build collaborative partnerships between business, education and workforce and create sustaining workforce development throughout Fayette County.
